Ntaco Group celebrated a landmark topping-out ceremony this week as the Residence Altair tower reached its final structural height of 42 storeys. The milestone marks the completion of all primary concrete works and sets the stage for facade installation and interior fit-out to begin across all floors.
The tower, which will deliver 186 premium apartments across its upper 38 floors, is on track for handover to residents in Q2 2027. The project team and key stakeholders gathered on the rooftop to mark the achievement.
