Ntaco Group has published its 2026 strategic expansion plans, confirming three new development sites and a company-wide target of delivering 400 new homes by December 2026. The announcement marks the most ambitious growth programme in the company’s history.
The new sites span two regional markets and include a landmark mixed-use scheme that will combine 200 apartments with ground-floor retail and a new public square. Planning applications for all three sites will be submitted in Q1 2026, with construction expected to begin mid-year.
