The Villa Lornazo residential development has officially welcomed its first residents following a smooth handover process that concluded this month. All 48 boutique apartments were handed over on time and within budget, with the project completing two weeks ahead of its original programme.
Residents praised the quality of finish and the thoughtful communal amenities, including a rooftop terrace, secure underground parking, and landscaped garden courtyard. Ntaco Group’s after-sales team is now on site to support the transition period.
